3c574238cf Fixed bugs about kheap, paging and ordered list 
Furthermore, added Heap kernel driver code
for both allocation and deallocation
free() does not works yet:
`ASSERTION-FAILED(head->magic == HEAP_MAGIC) at kheap.c:261`
